For this health guarantee to be valid, buyer must take the puppy received to their veterinarian with 3 days of receiving him/her for a health exam at buyer's expense.  A Copy of this veterinarian visit must be sent back to us.

This dog is in sound  health and free from any communicable disease at the time of sale and has been vet checked and sound to ship.

Seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises, medical expenses, landlord disapproval, allergies to animals, didn't bond with puppy or any other reason not stated.

This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips that effects the gait or movement of the dog, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.)

Terms of replacement: If within seven days of stated purchase date the buyer's veterinarian discovers a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function or mobility of the puppy described, the buyer must provide the seller with the vet statement verifying the condition at the expense of the buyer.  Replacement will be made as soon as a puppy of equal or better quality becomes available.  (No cash refund)  Buyer is responsible for all shipping or transport cost of replacement puppy.  The buyer must send the registration papers back before the replacement pup is shipped.

Within the first year, if your puppy would pass away seller will request an autopsy be done at buyer's expense to determine cause of death.  If  it is due to congenital defect, seller will replace the puppy as soon as a puppy of equal or better quality becomes available.  (No Cash Refund) Buyer is responsible for shipping or transport cost.  Buyer must send the registration papers back before replacement pup is shipped.

Only when the life of your puppy is threatened by a congenital defect will we be held liable for replacement.  We are not responsible for any vet bills that may occur during the life of the puppy through adulthood.  We do our absolute best to breed the best quality puppies possible and take pride in doing so.

Respiratory and Bacterial Infection: To be covered under this guarantee, a respiratory or bacterial infection must be diagnosed at the initial veterinary examination.  If an infection is found Pure Country Puppies will pay for the medication necessary to treat the infection, other expenses including the veterinarian's office visit charge, blood work, fecal floats, ect... are not covered.

Canine Parvovirus and Distemper: Your puppy has been vaccinated for the canine Parvovirus and distemper, but if either condition is found within seven days after the initial purchase, Pure Country Puppies will pay for any necessary medications.  Other expenses including the veterinarian's office visit charge, blood work, fecal floats, ect... are not covered.

Giardia: Giardia is a parasite that lives in water.  At your initial veterinarian's visit  we suggest you take a fecal sample in.  If your puppy does test positive for giardia we will pay for recommended treatment of medication only. Other expenses including the veterinarian's office visit charge, blood work, fecal floats, ect... are not covered.

Luxating Patellas: To be covered under this guarantee, luxating patellas must be diagnosed at the initial veterinarians examination and must be immediately reported to Pure Country Puppies.  Due to many factors that can cause this condition this guarantee will not cover luxating patellas that are not evident at the time of the initial veterinarian examination.  Pure Country Puppies will pay either recommended treatment (up to purchase price only) or will replace your puppy with a new one.

Cherry Eye: Cherry eye will be covered under this guarantee for up to 10 days after purchase.  The maximum benefit will be $50.00 per eye.  Other expenses including veterinarian's office visit charge is not covered.

Hypoglycemia: This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia.

Coccidiosis: This guarantee does not cover Coccidiosis.  Coccidia are parasites that live in the cells of a dogs intestines.  It is common for puppies to have this parasite present.  Any type of stress (shots, environment changes, ect...) may cause a coccidia infection.  We suggest that you take a fecal sample to you puppy's initial veterinary examination.  All puppies are treated prior to leaving for their new home.

Monorchid or Cryptorchid Dogs: To be covered under this guarantee, a puppy must be diagnosed as Monorchid or Cryptorchid at the initial veterinary examination. Maximum benefit to be provided for either condition is $40.00 for treatment.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully.  This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.  By signing this warranty you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of South Dakota and agree that any litigation related to this warranty must be brought and maintained in the Circuit Court in Pennington County, South Dakota.  In the event you bring any litigation against Pure Country Puppies, Pure Country Puppies shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees from you as damages.

In no event shall Pure Country Puppies liability exceed the amount you paid for you puppy!

All puppies adopted from Pure Country Puppies are adopted as pet quality only.  We do not guarantee show quality or sell as future breeders.  We HIGHLY recommend that you spay/neuter your new puppy as soon as your vet advises you to do so.
